We are looking for a band 7 Occupational Therapist to work 22.5 hours a week (days of the week negotiable) to support the assessment and interventions of highly complex patients that fall within the continuing HealthCare Team. The Occupational Therapist will work across the CTM Health board providing assessments to patients within their own home to establish the need for specialist manual handling equipment or techniques. They will submit all equipment requests through to the CHC Panel for consideration

Band 6 - Occupational Therapist
Mental Health Unit, Royal Glamorgan Hospital, Pontyclun, Glamorgan
The post holder will be based in the Occupational Therapy service, Mental Health, Royal Glamorgan Hospital delivering evidence based, recovery focused Occupational Therapy specialist assessment and interventions to a defined caseload across the Assessment ward, treatment wards and the Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit. MOHO is the model of practice and all Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions will be evidence based, and evaluated using recognised outcome measures
