Description
- Supporting the team to pay our supplier invoices in a timely manner.
- Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Supervisor you will match supplier invoices to orders, carry out reconciliations and resolve queries.
- Scanning invoices and Credit notes
- Employee expenses Assisting in payment runs
- Supplier liaison Query resolution
Profile
- Ideally you will have experience within a similar position and be used to working in the office environment.
- Able to manage your workload and work unsupervised
- Communicate in a polite and professional manner, with suppliers and internal customers
- Work as part of team to achieve targets
- Complete tasks within set timelines
- May be working towards an accountancy degree
