Role Overview: As an experienced Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences. You will supervise whole classes, ensuring a safe and productive classroom environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering pre-prepared lessons
- Managing student behaviour
- Assisting with administrative tasks
- Collaborating with teaching staff
Requirements: We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable individual with the following qualifications and experience:
- Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar role
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students
