Key responsibilities
- Lead a team of property accountants
- Peer review draft service charge budgets
- manage the procurement of estate utilities
- Manage the finance team
- Manage monthly statements
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls
- Peer review draft service charge accounts
- Preparation of quarterly VAT data for the group VAT return
- Manage cash flow, Treasury and working capital
- Ensure compliance with UK financial regulations
- Supervise and mentor finance team
- Collaborate with other departments
You:
- ACA/ACCA/ CIMA Qualified
- 3-7 years experience working in similar roles
- Experience working within the property industry
- strong knowledge of UK financial regulations
- experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
- Excellent leadership skills
- Exceptional analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
- Strong communicator
- ability to work in a fast pasted environment
