Job: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: West London
Rate: £240 - £250 p/d + expenses OR £210 per day + vehicle
IR35 determination: Outside of scope
Contract Length: Ongoing
The Role:
Randstad are working with a very dear and longstanding client of ours who are looking to secure the services of a qualified Asbestos Surveyor who would be able to service commercial survey contract at a Hospital in the West London area. Therefore this role is a purely static site.
The sites will all be exclusively NHS sites and you will conduct the survey app my client have designed that is similar to Teams / Alpha Tracker.
About You:
You must be a BOHS P402 qualified surveyor, whilst an analyst with excellent commercial survey experience. You will be surveying rooms as varied as operating theatres to boiler rooms and everything in-between.
This will be a fully independent and autonomous role, therefore you need to be highly experienced in working under your own initiative and must be confident in designing and executing your own work schedules.
