We are currently recruiting for an experience Senior Credit Control Clerk to join a fantastic team, on 6-month fixed contract, with the potential of becoming permanent and offers hybrid of 4 days home and 1 day office based in Annesley, Nottingham.
As the Senor Credit Control Clerk, you should have experience of working in the fast-paced environment, overseeing several projects as well as the day to day of managing overdue accounts
The main responsibilities of the Senior Credit Control will be:
- Managing high volume accounts with medium and high values
- Responsibility for cash collections within terms
- Compile weekly receipts forecasts.
- Overseeing special projects
- Accounts reconciliations, generate invoices.
- Checking accounts for eligibility for credit
- Setting and reviewing credit limits
- Compile and act upon debtors aged listing reports
- Be able to understand and deliver information from our accounting system.
- Responding to queries by Sales team and external agencies via phone and e mail
Essential Skills
- Experience Credit Control and working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Able to work to strict deadlines.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Good knowledge of computerised ledger systems is essential.
- Have a positive, "can do "attitude.
