Project Manager - Data / Mobile Applications / Digital / Retail
We require an experienced Project Manager who has a demonstrable track record of successfully delivering customer data projects in a retail environment
The project is implementing a Data platform and marketing activation tool to enable our client to deliver a seamless, consistent, and personalised customer experience across all channels, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and satisfaction.
The Project Manager will be a part of the Customer Data Programme and will deliver a workstream which will focus on the definition and delivery of a Data Strategy, CDP, CRM and TOM to enable our client to achieve its digital aspirations.
This project will include the procurement and implementation of key platforms (yet to be decided), collaborating with technical and business stakeholders on ensuring key strategies are considered, whilst ensuring alignment with the Digital team.
Additionally, the project will encompass the creation of a comprehensive product roadmap, as well as support the creation of the TOM to ensure successful adoption of the platforms.
This role is an umbrella only contract and will require 2-3 days a week on client site in Hampshire.
