Job Overview:
Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for learning and development? We're looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our strategic sales efforts within the L&D and end point assessment (EPA) sectors. This is a unique opportunity to drive business growth, expand our market presence, and establish a high-performing sales function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, focusing on apprenticeship end point assessments and training courses.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, establishing strong, trusting relationships with clients across public and private sectors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, digital learning, EPA, L&D) to enhance our offerings and customer experience.
  • Work with bid teams to capitalise on B2B opportunities and secure contracts.
  • Prepare and present sales and revenue reports to the Managing Director, suggesting process improvements.
  • Support financial forecasting and analyse sales data to refine strategies.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.

What we are looking for:

  • Self-starter with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Ambitious, with a hunger to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Warm, confident, and outgoing personality with excellent listening skills.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills.
  • Previous sales experience, ideally within the L&D sector.
  • In-depth understanding of the sales administration process.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in sales management software, with the ability to adapt to new CRM systems.
