- Job Title:** Generalist Banking Solution Architect/ Solutions Architect**
- Type of Role: Contract - Outside IR35
- Duration: 3 months initially
- Location: London/Edinburgh/Remote
- Experience in the UK banking/Financial services industry is a must.
- Creation of Low and High and Detail level designs experience in banking projects
- Some Mainframe, zOS experience
- Experience working within an Agile environment, including familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile methodologies.
- Good knowledge of data, middleware, integration, DevOps, networks, security, application, infrastructure and cloud technologies (Azure/AWS)
- Strong knowledge of service integration principles and automated deployment strategies
- Experience with large scale enterprise system implementations.
- Ability to analyse and review output from proof of concepts, system builds, or software runs.
- Practical experience of developing cost-effective integration strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to customers and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of banking/financial services regulation, regulatory enforcement principles and guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently present ideas and solutions to stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Professional certification in TOGAF or a related architecture framework.
