We are looking for apolished and driven Revenue Operations Analystto join a dynamic and growing team at one of Ireland's high-growth SaaS Fintech organisations. As part of a high-performing team, you will play a critical role in supporting the organisation's sales operations and driving revenue growth through data analysis and process optimisation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a deep understanding ofCRM systems, reporting tools, and sales processes. You'll be responsible for owning and managing processes from start to finish, ensuring accurate tracking of revenue data, and providing insights that help shape key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Operations: Take ownership of the end-to-end sales process, ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive consistent revenue growth.
  • Revenue Data Tracking: Maintain and manage sales and revenue data, ensuring it is up-to-date, accurate, and accessible across the business.
  • CRM Management: Oversee and manage CRM platforms i.e. HubSpot to ensure seamless data integration, pipeline management, and reporting.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Utilise advanced tools such as Tableau or Power BI to generate detailed reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • Process Ownership: Design, implement, and optimize revenue operations processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability. Own these processes from inception through to execution.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to ensure alignment and consistency in all revenue-related activities.

About you:

  • Aminimum of 3+ years of experiencein Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or a related role.
  • Strong experience in usingCRM & BI tools like: HubSpot, Zendesk or Salesforce
  • Strong experience withBI toolslikeTableau, Excel etc.
  • Experience withdata integration and data governancepractices.
  • Manage and prioritise competing demands and priorities ensuring that project deadlines are met while communicating trade-offs where necessary
