About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead our Scotland Relationship Management team. In this role, you will:
Deliver employer engagement plans
Support the levy team in onboarding new employers
Collaborate with regional providers
Utilise your excellent relationship-building skills to maintain key stakeholders for major infrastructure projects
About You: You should have:
Higher education or a similar occupationally related qualification
Previous relevant experience demonstrating competence in relationship and business management
A track record of being a solutions provider for key customers
The ability to seek opportunities for business development
Experience dealing with difficult customers and negotiating with stakeholders
Experience in the Energy or Construction Industry
Familiarity with training and competence systems
Strong time management skills and a results-oriented approach
Experience in performance managing small teams
Coaching and mentoring skills
Some exposure to risk management processes
Project management expertise in non-technical projects, with demonstrable stakeholder management abilities
Familiarity with navigating the regional political landscape related to skills
