Building Surveyor

We are seeking a Building Surveyor to join our clients dedicated surveying services team. This role offers a diverse range of surveying tasks within a dynamic environment, focusing on structural and fire damage works, as well as damp and mould issues. Day to Day of the role:
- Deliver a customer-focused and right-first-time surveying service as part of the surveying services team.
- Take a lead on insurance work related to fire and structurally damaged properties.
- Manage subcontractors from inception to completion on a variety of work.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business to resolve any customer complaints in your service area.
- Survey and specify works relating to structural defects which fall under insurance thresholds.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A degree in Building Surveying or significant experience in the field.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of CDM regulations and experience in applying them.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
