Due to an internal promotion, T&K Associates have an exciting opportunity for a Part-time Warehouse Administrator to join our Client on a permanent basis in Moira.
The position will be offered on a 6 month contract however will be extended for the right candidate. This is an excellent opportunity for someone that wants to gain further experience within an administration role, the role will be completing administrative duties for the Warehouse however occasional warehouse work will be required.
Warehouse Administrator Job Details;
- £12 per hour
- Part time
- Monday to Thursday 9am-3pm & Friday 2.30pm Finish (hours can be flexible to accommodate school hours)
- 30 days holiday (pro rata) including bank holidays (17 days to chose and 13 days used for Bank Holidays & Christmas period)
- Additional 2 days holiday offered with length of service

Warehouse Administrator Role & Responsibilities include;
- Invoicing stock ready for delivery
- Requesting bookings with Customers for the deliveries
- Booking in the van and trucks for inspections and MOT's
- Creating import folders ready for containers that are due in
- Completing information on the inhouse system (training will be provided)
- Answering the telephone, taking messages and assisting with enquiries
- Filing paperwork
- Assisting in the warehouse when required which may involve moving pallets around or getting boxes ready for an order which could involve some heavy lifting
- All other associated tasks as required
Previous experience within a similar role or experience within an office is desirable. The role will suit someone with an excellent telephone manner and IT skills, strong organisational skills and good communication skills.
