£29,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience

9am-5pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)

Duties and Responsibilities include :-

  • Serving as the primary contact for a dedicated customer base, ensuring timely and accurate responses to queries.
  • Act as a liaison between the Supply Chain and External Sales teams,
  • Monitoring stock levels and ensure customers operate within their agreed contracts.
  • Keep External Account Managers informed of any customer feedback or requests.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators, including order entry and email response times.
  • Manage month-end tasks such as stock assessments and re-pricing.
  • Maintain accurate customer pricing information on invoices, ensuring compliance with contract agreements.
  • Participate in meetings and establish strong working relationships with colleagues across various departments.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Fluency in written and spoken German is essential.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an excellent telephone manner.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage your own workload effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • A team player with the ability to use initiative.
