German Speaking Customer Service Executive
£29,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience
9am-5pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)

Duties and Responsibilities include :-
- Serving as the primary contact for a dedicated customer base, ensuring timely and accurate responses to queries.
- Act as a liaison between the Supply Chain and External Sales teams,
- Monitoring stock levels and ensure customers operate within their agreed contracts.
- Keep External Account Managers informed of any customer feedback or requests.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators, including order entry and email response times.
- Manage month-end tasks such as stock assessments and re-pricing.
- Maintain accurate customer pricing information on invoices, ensuring compliance with contract agreements.
- Participate in meetings and establish strong working relationships with colleagues across various departments.
Skills and Experience Required
- Fluency in written and spoken German is essential.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an excellent telephone manner.
- Ability to prioritise and manage your own workload effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
- High level of attention to detail.
- A team player with the ability to use initiative.
