Primary Teaching Assistant

Position Details:
Role: Year 3 Teaching Assistant
Contract: September 2024 to March 2025
Working Hours: 5 days a week, 8.30 am to 3.30 pm
Salary: Daily pay rates of £83.33- £90
Your Responsibilities:
As a Year 2 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support the learning and development of the pupils. Your role will involve:
? Assisting with classroom activities and engaging pupils in their studies.
? Providing one-on-one support to children who may require additional help.
? Helping to create an inclusive and positive learning environment.
? Collaborating with the teacher to plan and implement educational activities.
? Monitoring and tracking student progress and reporting to the teacher.
To join us and be successful in this role you will need to:
- L2 or above teaching assistant qualification or equivalent
- Experience of working in a relevant classroom environment
- Experience of supporting children with interventions
- Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
- CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
- Legal right to work in the UK
