We are seeking a Supervising Associate to join our client's team in London or Bristol. You'll support the UK team, working with and learning from leading Partners and Associates in a collegiate and supportive international group. You'll also handle high-value, high-profile matters in a firm renowned for quality work.
Our client's practice offers expert advice on technology, telecoms, outsourcing, fintech, and data matters with international reach and numerous awards.
Expertise Includes:
- Technology procurement: cloud transactions, licensing, support, maintenance, migration, testing, and disaster recovery
- Fintech: blockchain and cryptocurrencies
- Telecommunications: transactional and regulatory, especially network-related procurements, passive infrastructure sale and leaseback deals, and network operations centers
- Outsourcing: IT, business process outsourcing (middle and back office), contact centers, networks, finance and accounting, HR, payroll logistics, and facilities management
- Data projects: compliance/privacy advice and commercializing data
- Emerging technologies: AI and the Internet of Things
- Commercial transactions: joint ventures, collaborations, strategic partnerships, consortiums, and distribution
- Multi-jurisdictional advice, surveys, and contract alignment projects
The team specialize in financial institutions, asset management, investment funds, TMT, and life sciences, offering deep knowledge and broad experience.
Person Specification:
- Ideally 3-6 PQE with a transactional background in technology and outsourcing deals from a leading firm
- Excellent academics
- Strong client focus and ability to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive team
- Flexible approach with willingness to work additional hours and travel as required
