Lettings Branch Manager
Sunderland
Up to £35,000 + OTE
The successful candidate will report to the Lettings Director and will have an outstanding track record of high performance across business generation and customer service. They will also be excited at the prospect of working independently to launch a new arm of our already established and successful business. The ideal candidate will be an expert in the Sunderland lettings market, hard-working, solution focused and looking to progress within their career as part of a tight-knit and fast-growing organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for generating new business.
- Carry out market appraisals.
- Gaining new instructions to let and manage.
- Undertake all pre-tenancy administration duties.
- Be responsible for inventories and other ancillary growth streams.
- To conduct property inspections.
- To conduct end of tenancy check-outs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants.
- Assist our purpose-built student accommodation site in Sunderland during summer turnaround, if required.
Essential Skills & Abilities:
- Target driven and financially motivated.
- Resilient, positive and detail orientated.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
- Good time management and prioritising skills with the ability to co-ordinate a complex workload**.**
Experience & Qualifications:
- 1 years' experience in a Lettings Manager role (minimum).
- ARLA-qualified. (Preferred)
- Full, clean driving licence.
