Senior Administrator (Part Time 24 hours per week)

As Senior Administrator you will be the first point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing high-quality administrative support. Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations within the team and supporting the management team with various projects and initiatives.

The role:

  • Office Based
  • Tuesday - Friday
  • 24 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional front-of-house services, addressing inquiries from clients and stakeholders
  • Manage multiple email inboxes, triaging requests and directing them to appropriate team members as needed
  • Provide administrative support for finance-related tasks, including purchasing and processing invoices
  • Serve as the secretary for relevant committees, managing agenda preparation and minute-taking
  • Support the Senior Team with a variety of administrative tasks, including diary management and project assistance
  • Distribute ID cards and support with Health and Safety compliance

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles
  • Previous experience with minute taking and diary management
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in using various software applications
