4-day working week (this includes each Sat & Sun, plus 2-weekday shifts in the week)

We are recruiting for several customer service, and office professional positions in the North Manchester / Oldham area, all focussed on customer services.

The company is a large national business that employs thousands across the UK. You will be given lots of training and support to do your role in a supportive environment. The company prides itself on having a positive and engaging work culture, winning multiple awards.

  • We have immediately available positions with interviews taking place in early June.
  • We have inbound customer service-focussed work with some data entry.
  • You will be answering customer and service lead queries from the general public.
  • The role is working 4 days per week but includes weekend shifts each week.
  • Saturday & Sunday (20 hours) on10 hour shifts then 2 days in the week, working 2 x 7.5 hour day shifts in between the hours of 8 AM - 8 PM
  • Paid training onsite: Monday - Friday for 2 weeks
  • You will receive full training and support from an existing team.
  • This is an office-based role, not a hybrid/home-based based.

This role is to start immediately in mid-June on a temp-to-perm basis.

We are looking for reliable people, who have some experience of Contact Centre / Office / Customer Service work experience - we are flexible as it's more about the person and your 'can-do' attitude and willingness to learn.

We have long-term temporary contracts or temp-to-perm contracts available.
