- Advising on private M&A transactions
- MBO, MBI
- Share and asset acquisitions and disposals
- Incorporations and JVs
- Assisting more junior members of the team
- Representing the firm at external events, with others
The ideal candidate will be:
- A senior associate or associate on the cusp of promotion
- Working in London or the Home Counties
- A client-facing problem solver
- Detail orientated
