Jack's Burgers & Friends is a new burger joint in one of the best corners of the cute seaside town of Southwold, Suffolk.
In a market where eating a decent meal without having a reservation seems impossible, we are looking to serve delicious smash burgers, frozen yoghurt, and chic desserts.
We are looking for people who love cooking and like to work, to be part of a small but cohesive team who is ready to put energy on those busy days (this is a tourist town) and chill on the quiet ones.
About you:
- Have experience running a Grill or at least worked in a kitchen setting
- Ready to spend your shift at the heart of the kitchen and cooking smash burgers to perfection
- You are happy to get involved in other areas, such as preparation and cleaning when required
- Loves working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task and think on their feet.
- Passionate about good food and drinks.
- Deals well with pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure food is cooked properly and served in a timely manner
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with food preparation and stocking as needed
