Our client, a leading Accountancy Practice, is actively seeking for a driven Accounts Senior / Junior Manager to join their forward-thinking team on a full-time basis.
As the Accounts Senior / Junior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing client relationships, managing the delivery of accounting services, and leading a team to ensure the effective handling of financial tasks. This role involves providing strategic support for clients' business and financial needs, ensuring compliance, and delivering timely solutions to meet their objectives.
The responsibilities:
- Manage and address daily client inquiries while actively supporting their business development initiatives and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Supervise the activities of Accounts Assistants, providing them with the necessary guidance, support, and training to maintain high standards of performance and productivity.
- Cultivate and sustain strong, long-term professional relationships with clients, ensuring trust and loyalty through consistent communication and service excellence.
- Take a proactive approach in assisting clients with their accounting, tax planning, and financial management needs, providing expert advice and tailored solutions.
- Oversee the timely and accurate delivery of customised accounting solutions, ensuring they align with clients' specific objectives and business requirements.
- Prepare, compile, and present detailed financial reports and account updates to both clients and internal management, ensuring transparency and clarity.
- Review and evaluate the work completed by team members, ensuring quality control while effectively communicating financial insights to clients to enhance their understanding of their company's financial health and obligations.
- Regularly monitor clients' management accounts, providing clear explanations of any discrepancies, and identifying potential opportunities for financial optimization and strategic planning.
The candidate:
- Demonstrated experience as an Accounts Senior or Junior Manager, showcasing exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach.
- In-depth understanding of the company, its objectives, and the ability to align work with its strategic goals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong data collection, analysis, and reporting abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven strengths in listening, negotiation, and delivering effective presentations.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining keen attention to detail and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
