Our client in Doncaster is looking for a Marketing Executive to complement their team. They are specifically looking for a candidate with experience that can go in and create their marketing programme, schedule events, take hold of new upcoming projects and just generally create their own role in the best interests of our client and run with the role.

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive, to lead the creation and execution of marketing strategies aimed at building brand awareness and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have experiencein B2B marketing, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven marketing professional to add their skills to our existing team and grow with the business.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the company's growth goals.

Brand Management: Establish and maintain a consistent and compelling brand identity across all marketing channels and materials.

Digital Marketing:Manage all digital marketing efforts including website management, SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.

Content Creation: Develop and oversee the creation of high-quality content (blogs, case studies, white papers, email newsletters, etc.) that resonates with target audiences and supports marketing objectives.

Lead Generation: Design and execute lead generation campaigns that drive new business opportunities for the sales team.

Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.

Event Management: Plan and execute events such as industry conferences, trade shows, and webinars to increase brand visibility and foster partnerships.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and support lead generation and conversion.

Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze marketing performance data, providing regular reports to leadership and making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.

Key Qualifications/Experience

Minimum of 3 years marketing experience, preferably in B2B

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools and CRM software
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred

Experience in the logistics or transportation sector

Familiarity with lead generation techniques and B2B sales funnels

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a startup-like environment
