Role Purpose:
- Manage the delivery of multiple technical IT projects
- Oversee risk, issue, plan, and budget management
- Collaborate with IT professionals to shape and deliver the digitalisation strategy
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure compliance with procurement and processes
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical projects (infrastructure, application, cloud, database)
- Provide weekly progress reports and develop team reporting dashboards
- Track and manage risks and issues
- Develop and manage project plans
- Escalate issues and risks as necessary
- Track and forecast costs
- Develop business cases and project documentation
- Support procurement events
- Facilitate technical design and decision-making
- Manage cyber risk reduction through project delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum three years' experience in technical IT project management
- Strong technical IT background, particularly in cloud infrastructure
- Proven track record of delivering technical IT projects with strong governance
- Awareness of cyber security, risk management, and compliance frameworks
- Knowledge of GDPR and NIS
- Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project management techniques
- Ability to communicate complex procedures clearly to colleagues
- Quick learner with a keen interest in the latest technologies
