Are you a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant looking for an opportunity to support students in their educational journey? Our school in Essex is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our team starting immediately or in September for the upcoming academic year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to teachers in the classroom, assisting with lesson preparation and delivery.
- Work with small groups or individual students to reinforce learning and provide targeted support.
- Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
- Support students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant.
- A valid DBS check allowing you to work with children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
