Andy File Associates Limited is working as a Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client with regards this permanent position.

To deliver the mission, our client needs a commercial strategy and internal operating model to identify opportunities, innovate solutions and execute to deliver value both to investors and the environment.

With this in mind, they are now seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager who is used to working in a demanding fast paced environment, to join their team and take the lead on a number of varied live projects being handled by several business managers across the UK.

This role requires flexiibility and a willingness to travel UK wide and will report into the Group Finance & Investment Director and the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a variety of ambitious projects and take ownership of all end-to-end projects
  • Create clear and attainable project objectives
  • Plan and build the project requirements
  • Manage the constraints of the project, which are cost, time, scope, and quality
  • Chart progress of every project and monitor the progress v plan
  • Deliver updates on a weekly basis to the CEO and Group Finance & Investment Director
  • Lead the project team (as the overall primary point of contact and escalation point), coordinate all project delivery activities and ensure all milestones are met. Onsite regularity checks essential
  • Be accountable for the execution of the programme budget and revenue plan in-line with overall plan
  • Adhere to programme delivery in a way that each project is accomplished on schedule, quality assured and on budget
  • Execute the project and chair both operational and strategic project reviews

Experience preferred:

  • Proven experience in managing a variety of projects at any one time
  • Strong understanding of Project Management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel UK wide.
