As a Claims Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing a case load of claims and providing efficient and timely claims handling services in alignment with our client's high service standards.

Key Accountabilities - Once Fully Trained:
- Manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Develop the capability to issue proceedings for motor accident cases
- Process allocated claims and effectively utilise the advanced Case Management system
- Handle all new claims correspondence
- Determine liability and indemnity for all claims within your allocation
- Negotiate claims until their conclusion, up to the point of a Hearing
- Maintain an efficient diary regime
- Refer any claim to the appropriate team Manager should the nature of the Claim change or deteriorate
Required Skills:
- At least 2 years of previous experience in issuing proceedings for road traffic accidents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to adapt communication styles
- Effective planning and prioritisation to meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships
- Computer literacy and ability to adapt to new technologies
