JDS Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy and high performing education agency. We are actively looking for a Recruitment Resourcer with a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic and lots of motivation and enthusiasm.
- Based in Loughton, Essex
- Monday to Friday 8-5 (Reduced hours during school holidays)

The successful candidates will be required to perform the following but will not be limited to:
- Involved in the resourcing and telephone screening of suitable candidates for our clients.
- Ambition and drive to hit and exceed targets.
- Resourcing candidates for vacancies using job boards & our internal data base.
- Fantastic communication skills on all levels both written and verbally.
- Developing strong relationships with the key contacts (candidates and clients)#
- Assisting with the drafting of job specifications and job adverts
