An exciting full-time opportunity has arisen as a Private Client Solicitor to join an innovate start-up law firm. Our client already has an established presence across the UK offering will writing services and is looking to continue to expand its Trusts division.
We are seeking a Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 3 years minimum of Asset Protection Trust / Lifetime Discretionary Trust experience.
Job Details and Benefits:

Main duties and responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse caseload of private client matters, with a focus on trusts and will writing.
- Handling probate and estate administration from start to finish.
- Advising clients on estate planning and inheritance tax issues.
- Drafting wills, powers of attorney, and trust documents.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legal standards and regulations.
What we need from you:
- 2 year+ PQE private client solicitor/FILEX/CLC or similar experienced Fee Earner.
- Strong knowledge Asset Protection Trust / Lifetime Discretionary Trust experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload and work to deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to providing outstanding client service.
