Project Manage - Workbench - London Market Insurance

Our client, a prominent global insurer known for its extensive customer knowledge and specialist expertise, is seeking a talented Project Manager and Business Analyst. This role presents an opportunity to convert innovative ideas into practical business solutions, delivering value throughout the organization. The successful candidate will join during a dynamic period of modernization and transformation, collaborating with entrepreneurial thinkers to realize a strategic vision for growth.

The ideal candidate brings a wealth of experience in project management within large programmes of work. You have worked with outsourcing or external third-party suppliers/partners and have strong knowledge of implementing complex change into business areas. Experience with Waterfall and Agile projects is essential, and knowledge of core London market underwriting processes would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Programme Manager, business analyst team, and senior underwriting experts to develop implementation requirements and processes.
  • London market underwriting processes would be advantageous.
  • Create detailed project plans for the implementation of a workbench product.
  • Develop as-is and to-be process maps using specific tools.
  • Collect comprehensive business requirements (both functional and non-functional) to assess the full business and IT impact.
  • Encourage the adoption of target processes and procedures.
  • Perform internal assurance roles to review requirements, design, and other business analysis documentation.
