Customer Service Manager
Location: Huddersfield Salary: 25k - 27k p/a DOE Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, 9am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily customer communication, telephone and email
- Manage the process, from order placement to delivery
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information in the company's database
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Supervise the allocation of tasks to staff
- Oversee administrative functions and optimise logistical operations
- Drive sales growth through proactive customer engagement
- Monitor and report on KPI's
- Lead customer onboarding and relationship-building initiatives
- Social media management
- Conduct regular check-ins to maintain strong customer relationships
- Collaborate on billing and invoicing processes
- Contribute to the marketing strategy and execution
- Maintain and improve the company's online presence
- Actively participate in cross-departmental strategic planning sessions
The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. You should be adept at juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service management and proficiency with CRM systems are highly desirable.
