Site Co-ordinator - 5 days a week including weekends.
Prestige Cars Kent are looking for an enthusiastic, well organised and hard working person to join our ever growing business as a Site Co-ordinator.
The candidate would need a full UK driving license with no more than 3 points and must have held a UK licence for at least 4 years for insurance reasons due to the power of some of the vehicles we retail. They would also need to be an extremely hard worker who is flexible and willing to carry out unexpected tasks at a minutes notice.
The day to day duties include but are not limited to...
- Opening and closing the sales centre.
- Moving vehicles around the site and overseeing the valeting team.
- Managing incoming stock and it's locations throughout the preparation process.
- Moving cars around our various compounds as well as fuelling, moving them from our service centre to our sales centre and customer collections on occasion.
- Organising and managing the handover timetable to make sure all cars are ready for customer collection/delivery.
- Liaising with our valeting team and making sure vehicles are fully cleaned and ready once prepared.
- Organising onsite traffic and making sure the sales centre parking is tidy and organised at all times.
Hours: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 8-6pm, Saturday 8-5.30pm & Sunday 8.30-5pm. Mondays & Tuesdays will be you Lieu days off.
