Citadel Source is recruiting for an accounts payable clerk for a social care brand in Somerset. This is a full-time, temporary role for circa 3 months.
About you
You will be an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk reporting into the Finance Director. You'll be required to complete end-to-end accounts payable. The role demands a good communicator who is structured, numerate, determined, and able to take the initiative.
The Role
- Ownership of end-to-end purchase ledger process
- Processing supplier bills and credit notes
- Onboarding new supplier - completing credit checks
- Bank and Statements reconciliations.
- Supporting monthly completion of VAT returns
- Support month-end processes (posting journals and balance sheet reconciliations)
- Ad hoc finance-related activities
Requirements
- Experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable function
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- SAGE 50 experience (desired)
