We are seeking a Finance Assistant to join their busy team, where you can grow and develop your skill set surrounded by an experienced and supportive team.
The company are offering study support for ACCA or AAT exams.
This is a great opportunity for somebody to move into a more varied Finance position or for an already accustomed Finance Assistant to hit the ground running.
Duties include:
- Reviewing, verifying, and processing invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Preparing and issuing payments to vendors and suppliers and reconciling any discrepancies or issues that arise.
- Maintaining accurate and organized financial records, including tracking expenses and updating the accounts payable ledger.
- Support team with other ad-hoc duties.
