Main Responsibilities:
- Audio typing (digital dictation) of legal documents, letters, and attendance notes
- Typing and preparing court forms, witness statements, and general correspondence
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and telephone calls
- Organising files and maintaining paper-based filing systems
- Assisting with legal aid administration and case management
- Booking client appointments and supporting reception when needed
About You:
- Previous legal secretarial experience is essential
- Confident with audio typing, with fast and accurate typing skills
- Comfortable working in a traditional, paper-based office environment
- Reliable, organised, and capable of working under pressure
- Friendly and professional manner, with excellent communication skills
- Able to multitask and manage workload effectively
