My client is looking for a Client Contact Executive to join their team. You will be required to learn their catalogue of products in order to effectively advise customers on making purchasing decisions in an exciting industry. The ideal candidate would have experience working in a customer facing role and have great communication skills both over the phone and via email. The ideal candidate would be someone who has worked with a high-end product.
Duties:
- Maintaining relationships
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Manage productions from start to finish
- Entering client equipment lists accurately for quoting
- Assisting with the completion of the Job Management Workbook.
- Working out equipment shortages
- Arranging sub hire when necessary
- Assist with creating Quotation Summaries
- Creating billing schedules
- Assist with ensuring each production is set up with an account
- Obtaining a Purchase Order
- Ensuring a payment schedule is in place
- Arranging delivery and collection of equipment packages
- Updating job dates and prices
- Keeping orders to bill updated and invoicing promptly
- Keep crew and production updated
