The ideal candidate:
- Demonstrates good technical understanding and product knowledge.
- Shows desire and enthusiasm to learn. Adaptable, open minded and a quick learner.
- Methodical and conscientious with strong customer focus skills.
- An understanding of EPOS solutions
- Good technical knowledge of PCs, EPOS Hardware and operating systems
- Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories.
- Full Driving licence, however we would be willing to employ someone office based who is willing to learn to drive.
Responsibilities:
- Manage installation post order
- Point of contact during installation for
- Post installation support
- Build websites for clubs and manage the go live process
- Guide clubs through going live with booking
- Setup demonstration systems
- Communication between the customer and development team regarding fix releases and work required
- Conduct basic training sessions online
- Prepare system implementation plans with new or existing customers via email and telephone.
- Delegate work to internal staff ensuring the project can be completed in the time given.
- Collate all required information such as data and settings etc.
- Configure data into a standard template proven process.
- System configuration and setup in preparation for systems trainers. This will also include communicating with 3rd Parties for APi integration.
- Constantly monitor and review the project against agreed needs/timescales.
- Communicate regularly with the customer with updates and solutions.
- Ensure all agreed work is achieved to the customer's satisfaction.
Skills:
- Ability to manage small demanding projects with quick turnarounds
- Excellent communications skills written/oral
- Ability to build rapport with new customers or existing customers
- Competent with MS Office products especially excel
- Time management and prioritisation skills
- Resilient and resourceful
- Knowledge of Golf and or the Golf industry
