We are working with an incredibly fast-growing, Top 100 firm, who are actively seeking an Accounts Assistant Manager to join their Birmingham team.

Your role as an Accounts Assistant Manager:
- Responsible for overseeing the Accounts preparation for a wide range of corporate clients.
- Utilising Digita accounting software and working on consolidated accounts.
- Supervising the preparation of year-end financial statements, work planning and annual timetabling and overseeing junior members of the team.
- Building and developing relationships with both clients and other members of the department.
- Once training is completed there will be an opportunity for you to manage your own portfolio of clients.
What you'll need to succeed:
- ACCA / ACA qualified with a minimum of 3 years' experience of working within an accountancy practice (alternatively an individual with 4-5 years' experience in an audit and accounts split role).
- Experience with consolidated accounts work.
- Experience of using Digita accounting software is essential.
- Worked to reporting standards FRS 102, 101 and IFRS.
- Ability to communicate openly and effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Desire to support and mentor more junior members of the team.
