What You'll Do:
As an Administrator, you will be the heartbeat of our office, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
  • Supporting the service department with administrative tasks.
  • Logging of jobs on the in-house system
  • Answering emails and phone calls from internal and external persons
  • Collaborating with team members to streamline processes and improve productivity.
