Job Title: Customer Service Advisor (Temporary)

Location: Liverpool

Contract Type: Temporary

Duration: Starting Wednesday 11th September for 6 weeks

Pay: £12 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Assist students with any inquiries or concerns they may have in a professional and timely manner.
  • Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information to students, ensuring their questions are resolved effectively.
  • Enter data accurately into the systems while maintaining confidentiality and data protection.
  • Collaborate with external companies to coordinate student needs and offer seamless support.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think quickly and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient computer skills, including the ability to navigate different software systems.

Working hours:

  • Fridays: 4pm - 8pm
  • Saturdays and Sundays: 9am - 6pm

Training shifts:

- Wednesday 11th and Thursday 12th: 11am - 3pm
