My client is seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking Field Sales Executive to drive business growth for their leading firm who specialise in security equipment.

The role involves identifying new sales opportunities, developing client relationships, and meeting sales targets for a range of security products and services, with a focus on expanding the company's market presence within the UK.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets as set by the management.
  • Monitor sales performance and progress against targets.
  • Identify and research potential clients within the designated territory.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through cold calls, email campaigns, and client visits.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing appropriate security solutions.
  • Stay informed about market trends and industry developments in the security sector.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, educating clients on their features and benefits.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies to improve market share and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales materials and campaigns, and work with customer service and support teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a relevant role.
  • B2B sales experience, particularly in the security industry, is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and high professional and ethical standards.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK.
