Role: HR Administrator
Salary: Circa £32,000 + Bonus
Location: London
My client, a rapidly growing organisation who deliver a range of solutions to corporate clients, is seeking a HR Administrator to join their team to support on a wide variety of HR admin tasks relating to people, projects and events.
Duties Include:
- Managing all people-related administration
- HR inbox management
- Maintaining accurate data on systems and keeping them up-to-date
- Employee file management via HRIS and SharePoint
- Onboarding and offboarding
- Supporting existing employees, handling their people-related requests
- Date absence and annual leave reporting
- HR reporting and analysis
Required Skills/Experience:
- Suited to a recent Graduate looking to begin their HR career, or
- An experienced HR Administrator looking for a new challenge
- Demonstrable experience in an administration role
- Comfortable working in fast-paced team environment
- Professional and friendly demeanour
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Thorough attention to detail and discretion
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
