KS3 Drama Teacher - Unqualified welcome to apply

Empowering Learning are looking to appoint a Drama Teacher/Performing Arts Teacher to work in a Middle School in Redditch. September 2024 start.

QTS/PGCE is NOT essential - Past Teaching Experience is a MUST.

Daily Tasks will include:

- Managing classroom behaviour
- Delivering planned lessons (Drama/Performing Arts)
- Building relationships with staff & pupils
- Free reign on designing the own Drama Curriculum

  • Previous experience working with challenging behaviour - desirable School Based.
  • A person who is passionate, enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile to help and support children reach their maximum potential in every subject
  • Experience working with children who have learning difficulties - EHCPs
  • Be able to work well as part of a close knit team as well as think on your feet independently
