They are looking to add a Client Insights and Analytics Associate to their already strong team.
Description
- Analyse, review, and maintain the client's reporting materials, including performance, risk measures, portfolio exposures, and fee information.
- Leverage technical and data expertise to support the client's data requests and maintain ownership of calculation methodologies.
- Manage global projects to refine the client's content for client needs and streamline business processes in collaboration with the technology team.
- Assist Client Managers in responding to firm, product, and investment-related client queries and questionnaires.
- Develop effective relationships with adjacent teams that play a critical role in servicing the client's clients.
- Develop and maintain standard information documents, such as introductory guides for the client's prospective investors.
- Create and maintain external presentation materials on the client's portfolios, performance, and holdings, working alongside Investment Analysts and Investment Specialists.
- Perform analysis using internal and external data sources to convey key messages to the client's clients and own internal communication materials related to the client's strategies.
