The client is an international financial services provider with offices in South Africa, Bermuda, Canada, and other locations. They are looking to add a Client Insights and Analytics Associate to their already strong team.

Description

  • Analyse, review, and maintain the client's reporting materials, including performance, risk measures, portfolio exposures, and fee information.
  • Leverage technical and data expertise to support the client's data requests and maintain ownership of calculation methodologies.
  • Manage global projects to refine the client's content for client needs and streamline business processes in collaboration with the technology team.
  • Assist Client Managers in responding to firm, product, and investment-related client queries and questionnaires.
  • Develop effective relationships with adjacent teams that play a critical role in servicing the client's clients.
  • Develop and maintain standard information documents, such as introductory guides for the client's prospective investors.
  • Create and maintain external presentation materials on the client's portfolios, performance, and holdings, working alongside Investment Analysts and Investment Specialists.
  • Perform analysis using internal and external data sources to convey key messages to the client's clients and own internal communication materials related to the client's strategies.

Profile

The successful candidate will have a client-centric attitude, strong analytical skills, and a detail-oriented approach to breaking down complex matters. They will exhibit a growth mindset, excellent communication skills, and must be able to work in the City of London three times a week.
