- Manage the complete accounts payable process
- Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Charge expenses to accounts and cost centres by analysing invoice/expense reports
- Pay vendors by scheduling and preparing checks
- Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements
- Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions
- Protect organisation's value by keeping information confidential
