Job Description:
Our client is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Property Inspector to support a team member with the inspection of student rooms when they are vacant.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect vacated rooms in student accommodations.
- Complete detailed checklists for any items missing or issues in the room.
- Ensure thorough and accurate reporting of room conditions.

- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
