Customer Service Advisor
12 months Fixed-Term Contract / £22,500 per annum / West Malling, Hybrid
My client, a UK wide leader in their market, are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their rapidly growing customer services team on a 12 months fixed-term contract.
The successful candidate will either be looking to get a year's office experience under their belt, or simply have previous office experience looking for a contract position.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide helpdesk support to customers by email and telephone
- Ensuring customer queries are actioned in appropriate time keeping up with the teams SLA's
- To work towards providing the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Inputting data onto the internal database
- General administration duties
Essential Skillset
- Some exposure to an office-based role is desirable
- Previous experience in a customer service or admin role is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- ‘can-do' attitude
