08:00am - 17:00pm Monday - Friday (45 Hours)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Coordinator to join our highly motivated Operational Team within our Fresh Kitchen Depot located in Bicester, Oxfordshire Bicester on the day shift. Reporting to the Production Manager you'll be a critical member of the operational team who coordinates all departments across Warehouse, Kitchen, Packing, Hygiene. Supporting on a day-to-day basis and stepping up to provide cover during periods of absence i.e. offsite meetings or annual leave. As Production Coordinator you'll have a variety of responsibilities from assisting daily production operations by planning of stock, ordering materials, working closely with suppliers. Act as lead on period end (monthly) stock takes. We will look to you to act as an ambassador for ensuring the warehouse is running safely and efficiently always maintaining food safety and H&S standards joining the H&S working group and actively contributing.
To join us as a Production Coordinator you will be confident in office-based duties, you'll have a huge advantage would be if you already have Prophet ERP system knowledge along with familiarisation with production and technical processes (not essential). You'll be a tenacious, resilient, and pro-active problem solver, with the drive and determination to overcome challenges and succeed. Working hours are mainly on our day shift but you'll have some flexibility on working hours to support production timescales.
