Our client a community service provider are looking for a permanent Administrator to join their small friendly team.
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Providing an efficient and effective customer services to anybody contacting the office either by phone or email
- Providing admin support to social workers and support staff
- Organising, managing and completing post meeting actions
- Replenishing office supplies
- Managing office budget and petty cash
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- 5 Year's unbroken work history
- Experience of Equal Opportunity Policies
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
Monday to Friday 9am to 5.00 pm plus 6 Saturdays a year 9am to 1pm
