One of our public sector clients is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join their team on a 9-month fixed term contract.
You will have the following skills and experience:
- previous public sector procurement experience (Procurement Manager level)
- sound understanding of public sector procurement (premarket, sourcing, contract & supplier management)
- end-to-end procurement activities
- experience implementing procurement best practice
- knowledge of designing, managing and coordinating the development and preparation of tenders.
- excellent IT Skills - word, excel, powerpoint, sharepoint
- understanding of professional, legal and regulatory environment and how procurement applies
- qualified or part qualified member of the chartered insititute of procurement & Supply (MCIPS)
- good analytical skills and attention to detail
- strong stakeholder management
This is role is based in London, you are required to be on-site 4 days per fortnight. Compeitive salary and benefits on offer. 9-month fixed term contract.
